EXPERTISE is an application that facilitates the location of people by their expertise, knowledge an experience. People are grouped in communities that have a common working area and an administrator that formulates questions or categories to pick up detailed information, making the search more specific and effective. This information can be uploaded in any kind of format and can be updated at anytime. People can also interact with each other by using communication means like chats, forums, news and e-mails. This application, more than an expert’s data base, is a collaborative tool for knowledge sharing, communicating, interacting and group working that can be adapted to the necessities of any kind of community.

Personal information section: Where to find your information. How to update your information.

 

Introduction to the search engine: Basic search & advanced search. How to use them.

 

Communication means section: Added value services. How to use news publishers, forums and

 chats.

New Advanced Search: General or specific searches can be done using options based on the categories created by the Community Administrator.

Confidentiality restriction: choose if you want your contact data to be shown or not in the search results by using this option.

Recommend a colleague: Send information to the Community Administrator about a colleague that you consider should be a member of the community.
